Potentially planning a trip with some friends down to the Keys for the week after Christmas. Man I hope this works out. I will be stoked times one million. ONE MILLION, Y’ALL.

The admin coordinator (aka work wife) just brought me a plate full of breakfast foods because I look “tired and famished.” Excellent. I didn’t know sleep deprivation came with perks. Maybe I should get less sleep more often.
Also, I (unrelatedly) apparently get free lunch today? And maybe free dinner? What’s up, Life. I’m winnin’ at chu.

“I’m So Tired” - The Beatles
In honor of my ridiculous pre-sunrise wakeup today.
I’m so tired. I don’t know what to do
I’m so tired. My mind is set on you
I feel like I need more creative outlets in my life right now, but feelings of creativity are being dampened by constant tiredness. Generally this would just lead to enjoying others’ creativity via music, film, and literature, but I feel like I don’t even have the energy to fully appreciate any of that either. Especially literature. When sleep-deprived, books are basically a tranquilizer dart masked as prose.
Unfortunately, this is going to be a long week, ripe with early morning wake-ups, too. I can already tell it’s the kind of week where, even with my complete and utter desire for nothing but sleep, the empty side of the bed is going to be much more noticeable.
